BREW AND BAKE EVENT TERMS

The Event
Ginger Cow Catering Company Ltd (trading as Ginger Cow Cafe & Bistro) will be hosting a coffee morning to support Combat Stress, on Thursday 8th May. Below are the terms under which we will host this event:

  • The event is promoted by Combat Stress which is the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health.
  • All offline and online donations raised will be paid directly to Combat Stress.
  • All donations made using our Combat Stress donation page are secure and encrypted.
  • The event will be available from 9am to 2pm on Thursday 8th May.
  • For each donation we will provide a free tea or coffee and a special traybake or slice of cake. For a small nominal charge, coffee can be upgraded (subject to availability) to Flat White, Cappuccino or Latte.
  • Minimum donation is £2.
  • Only 1 donation per person is allowed.
  • Donations can be made online by going to our Donation Page, either directly or using the QR code provided. Donations can also be made by cash (offline) using the official collection boxes in the shop.
  • If you cannot attend, you can make your donation on our donations page online at any time, either before or during the event.
  • Ginger Cow reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this event or to terminate the event at any time without notice.
  • Free tea, coffee and cake is provided subject to availability.
  • Entry to the event and making donations online or offline means you accept these rules in their entirety.

Donations made will help Combat Stress provide life-changing mental health treatment to veterans today.
